Booking administrator

Simaero is looking for a booking administrator, to work on our base in our Johannesburg Training Center located close to JNB airport,  in South Africa.

MISSIONs

You will be able to actively participate in daily operations by handling client requests, planning simulator sessions, training pilots, assigning classrooms, allocating instructors, administrating requests, and invoicing. This role allows for the improvement of customer service and client experience, boosting sales, and optimizing revenues. Your typical working structure will consist of:

  • Assuring that every training booking of the customer is properly registered and training files opened; Confirmation of booking and preparation of all related documentation (booking form, invoicing, collecting students’ entry documents).
  • Organization of all training procedure implementation: booking classrooms; training files preparation, booking instructors, booking simulators sessions, organizing logistics and accommodation for coming students and instructors; the same applies if training is organized abroad in foreign country)
  • Assistance and help for students and instructors during before, during and after the training.
  • Collecting all necessary documents after the training and assuring that the training archive is completed according to requirements of authority (training will be provided).
  • Assuring that every client’s request is answered with appropriate quotation and training products information.
  • Proactively contacting corporate clients to collect training plans information and boost sales.
  • Assuring polite, proactive communication by customers in timely manner assuring customers satisfaction.
  • Assuring that every phone call is answered or transferred to the correct direction
  • Other operation, customer service, and sales support activities according to management requests.

 

PROFILE

A high school degree, in the fields of Business Administration or Aviation, is an advantage

  • 3+ years of Working experience in the customer service field, advantage if in the Aviation industry
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and knowledge of one more foreign language is an advantage.
  • Excellent representation, communication, organization, and PC user skills.
  • The initiative, responsible, representative, result-orientated, and customer-focused personality.
  • A strong advantage is some knowledge of aviation training services.
