Simaero is looking for a sales account specialist, to work on our Johannesburg Training Center located close to OR Tambo airport, in South Africa.

MISSION

The main duty of the mission is to generate revenues by selling Company’s products to new sales accounts.  The responsibilities include:

  • Contacting potential customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
  • Proactively contacting corporate existing clients to collect training plan information and boost sales.
  • Collecting information about clients’ needs and problems.
  • Preparing and sending commercial proposals, quotes, product information, and contracts.
  • Meeting the prospects and customers and presenting the Company and its products in person.
  • Negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Researching prospects and generating leads.
  • Managing existing Customers: handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Upselling to existing customers
  • Continuously updating the sales process through specific software programs.
  • Participating in budgeting, forecasting processes, and meeting sales targets.
  • Attending Industry Events for Company Representation, Networking, and Commercial Relationships.
  • Preparing reports, participating in various meetings, and executing other commercial tasks according to the requests of direction.

Requirements

  • High school degree, in the fields of Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Commerce, Customer Service, and/or Aviation.
  • 2+ years of working experience in B2B sales, commercial services, and advantage if in the Aviation industry.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken and knowledge of more foreign languages is an advantage.
  • Excellent representation, communication, organization, and PC user skills.
  • Excellent customer service, sales, phone, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel abroad frequently.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and close sales.
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • The initiative, responsible, representative, result–orientated, and customer-focused personality.
  • A strong advantage is some knowledge and background in aviation training services.
