SIMAERO ANNOUNCES THE ACQUISITION OF TWO ATR 42/72 FULL FLIGHT SIMULATORS

SIMAERO, a global and independent provider of pilot training services, is proud to announce the acquisition of two ATR 42/72 Full Flight Simulators. As from 01 January 2020, both ATR training devices will complement SIMAERO existing fleet in Paris and Johannesburg.

The first ATR Full Flight Simulator will be ready for training in SIMAERO Paris CDG training center on the 1st of January, 2020 and will address training requirements for the ATR72-500 type. The Paris CDG ATR 72-500 Full Flight Simulator is a level D EASA qualified simulator and is also certified by the Brazilian CAA (ANAC). This training device is planned to be UPRT qualified in February 2020.

The second ATR Simulator will cover the ATR aircraft types 72-500, 72-200, 42-300, 42-500 and will be operational in April 2020. The Johannesburg ATR Full Flight Simulator is a level D qualified by the EASA and South African CAA.
