Simaero announced the launch of CBTA Services to Airlines, a dedicated service designed to help operators transition to, or further mature, Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) and Evidence-Based Training (EBT) approaches.

In line with the aviation industry’s evolution toward Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA), Simaero has selected Hinfact as its platform provider to support the group’s transition to full CBTA across its global training services network.

Simaero has received certification from the South African Civil Aviation Authority (SACAA) for the Embraer E170/190 full-flight simulator located at Johannesburg Training Center, marking another significant milestone in the company’s strategic expansion across Africa.
