Simaero is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Minxuan LOU (楼敏炫) as the new Legal Representative and General Manager of Simaero China (SIMAERO (Shanghai) Aviation Simulator Equipment Co., Ltd. (希眉罗（上海）航空模拟设备有限公司), effective immediately. Mr. LOU succeeds Mr. JIANG Lei in this leadership role.
Mr. Minxuan LOU brings nearly two decades of experience in the aerospace and manufacturing industries, having held senior leadership positions at Collins Aerospace, Golden Argosy LLC, and most recently as General Manager of Argosy Shanghai Aerospace Material Ltd. His background in automation engineering, combined with a deep understanding of operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and extensive management experience in both multinational joint ventures and Chinese enterprises, will be key assets as Simaero continues to expand its footprint in China.
With the arrival of our new management team, Simaero reaffirms its strong commitment to China as a strategic priority for the Group. We remain fully dedicated to supporting our operations in the country and building on the significant investments we have already made to enhance pilot training and simulation engineering services. We are confident that, under Mr. LOU’s leadership, Simaero China will continue to grow in a positive, collaborative, and harmonious way—together with our employees, customers, and partners.

希眉罗（上海）航空模拟设备有限公司新任总经理楼敏炫先生任命公告
Simaero在此宣布楼敏炫（Minxuan Lou）先生即日起正式担任希眉罗（上海）航空模拟设备有限公司法定代表人兼总经理，接替江磊（Lei Jiang）先生担任这一领导职务。
楼敏炫先生在航空航天和制造业拥有近二十年的丰富经验，曾在柯林斯宇航（Collins Aerospace）、Golden Argosy LLC担任高级领导职务，并于近期担任雅奇（上海）航空材料有限公司总经理。他在自动化工程领域的专业背景，以及对卓越运营、合规监管的深刻理解，以及在跨国合资企业和中国企业积累的丰富管理经验，将成为希眉罗在中国持续拓展业务的关键优势。
